For vocational training and further education courses in pneumatics, electro-pneumatics, mechatronics (university level) and realistical hydraulics, we offer a wide range of equipment sets and working stations:
TOWER PACK
The space saving and mobile work station for 4 - 8 students - a 'super-silent' compressor can be placed inside.
PORTABLE SUITCASE
All the equipments fits inside, therefore space saving when not in use and ideal when it needs to be transported (i.e. for in-house training courses with permanently changing venues, ... )
MOBILE TROLLEY
The mobile work station for 2 - 4 students - retractable table plates on the sides, therefore space saving when not in use. A compressor can also be carried.
FULLY AUTOMATIC SORTING PLANT
This PLC controlled miniature 'work piece sorting plant' provides real 'high end solutions' of future orientated education of technical experts and engineers. Very vertisile and also ideal for project work and 'trouble shooting' (i.e. for training of maintenance personal in modern plants, ... ).
HYDRAULIC TRAINING PLANT
Only one plant for the whole class of 15 - 20 students. By means of ball valves at the rear, set up times from one exercize to another are minimized to a few seconds only.
Very realistic and practical demonstrations are possible by simulating loads of up to 2 tons (20.000 N counter force can be applied!) - the plant is powered by two individual pumps delivering 120 bar of oil pressure. No oil pollution by leaking couplings!
